Door holder for safe and reliable retention of internal fire doors featuring automatic release when fire alarm sounds. Includes fail-safe mode, noise sensitivity adjustment range (62-70dB) to overcome false alarms from high pitched noises, timed release and self-test function. Convenient manual release, simply kick the plunger or push door back to disengage. Fire rated to 60 minutes. Suitable for use on doors between 950 and 1600mm wide. Includes 2x 1.5V C LR14 batteries, 2x floor plates, 1x screwdriver, and 4x fixing screws.
