Screwfix Rewards - 2026 Spend & Save
Yes, you must be opted in to Screwfix Rewards to collect coins and earn rewards. Customers without the permission turned on will not be eligible. You can change your preferences and manage your permissions at any time in the app.
Download and open the Screwfix App, head to the ‘More’ section (bottom-right corner of the homepage), find Screwfix Rewards and opt in.
Once you’ve opted in, you’re officially a Screwfix Rewards member and ready to earn coins on orders placed in the app, online, in store or through our contact centre from 2nd March 2026.
From the 2nd March, for every 1p you spend you’ll collect 1 coin. We automatically count your coins after you place an order and add them to your account. You can view your coin total in the Rewards Hub in the app. Coins will normally appear within 1 hour but may take up to 24 hours to update.
Turn on your push notifications to be alerted when your coins arrive!
Start collecting coins and aim to reach the 6-coin milestones! Each milestone unlocks a reward. When earned, your reward will appear in your Rewards Hub. Remember, the more you spend, the better the rewards!
We’ll automatically notify you in the app when you’ve reached a coin milestone and earned a reward! Rewards may take up to 24 hours after placing an order to appear in your Rewards Hub. Turn on your push notifications to be alerted when you’ve earned a reward!
Yes, all rewards are valid for 14 days from the date they were issued. Make sure to redeem them within the 14-day window so you don’t miss out!
You can view each reward’s expiry date directly in your Rewards Hub in the Screwfix app. It’s shown alongside the reward, so you always know how long you have left to redeem it.
Yes, Coins now reset every month. On the first working day of each new month, your coins total will reset to zero and you’ll begin collecting again towards the 6 monthly milestones. This gives you fresh opportunities each month to earn all 6 rewards!
You can earn up to 6 rewards per month, one at each coin milestone. Once the month ends and your coins reset, you can begin collecting again to earn another set of 6 rewards.
Yes, your coin balance will reset to zero on the first working day of each new month.
No, rewards you’ve earned will remain available in your Rewards Hub until they expire. Only coin totals reset each month; rewards follow their own 14‑day expiry timeline.

No, once you reach the final (6th) milestone in a month, you won’t earn any additional coins until the next monthly reset.
Yes! The 14‑day expiry applies from the date of issue - regardless of when in the month you earned it.
You'll collect coins on every 1p you spend, including delivery charges. You won’t collect coins on gift card purchases or charity donations.
Yes! Head to your Rewards Hub in the app and click ‘find out more and view progress’ to see your total coin amount, how many coins are needed to reach your next reward, any rewards you’ve earned and a history of your latest orders and coins collected.
Yes, you’ll need to spend 1p in the app, online, in store or contact centre. There are no limits to how many orders you can place per day.
Yes, you can still collect coins while redeeming a reward in the same transaction. Coins will be calculated on the total order value after any discount or voucher codes have been applied.
Only one reward can be redeemed per order, but you can place as many orders as you like per day. Rewards vouchers expire 14 days from date of issue, giving you plenty of time to use them.
Yes, there will be opportunities to earn bonus coins during Spend & Save. Any bonus coin offers available will be displayed in the Rewards Hub in the app, including how to earn these through your orders and any restrictions. For every order that includes bonus coins, the coins will be added to your coins total!

To join you'll need to download the Screwfix App. When you log-in ensure you enable your Screwfix Rewards Permissions to opt-in. Alternatively, in the App go to the 'More' section, which can be found in the bottom-right corner of the Homepage, then find Screwfix Rewards and opt-in.
You are not able to join Screwfix Rewards from our website, only from our App.
Log-in to your Screwfix account on the App and head to the Screwfix Rewards Centre by going to the 'More' section, which can be found in the bottom-right corner of the Homepage, then visit Screwfix Rewards. If you're in, your Rewards will be waiting for you! If your Rewards do not appear within 1 hour, please check you're not a Business customer and allow 48 hours before contacting us for support.

To receive all the great benefits of Screwfix Rewards you'll need to have the latest version of the Screwfix App. To upgrade your Screwfix App go to your app store and click 'update' Screwfix App. To check which App version you are on, head to the 'More' section in the App, which can be found in the bottom-right corner of the Homepage. Then scroll down to the bottom of this page where your App version will be detailed.
Your rewards will normally appear within 1 hour of opting in to Screwfix Rewards, but may take up to 24 hours. Please wait 48 hours before contacting us, as we cannot track opt ins or delivery of rewards until a 48 hour period has passed.
All Rewards are redeemable across all our shopping channels (App, online, in store and Contact Centre). To redeem your Rewards, just enter your voucher code at the checkout if shopping in the App or online. If your in store or calling our Contact Centre to place an order, just give them your voucher code for our colleagues to enter at the checkout.
The validity period of each Reward will be specified in your Rewards Centre in the App . Remember, your Rewards will be deleted upon redemption and/or at the rewards expiry.
Discount values or any restrictions will be specified on each Reward in your Rewards Centre in the App.
You have access to lots of Rewards when you sign up; personalised offers, member only deals, spend and save, discount days, prize draws and other giveaways. Please check the individual T&Cs for any restrictions.
You wont always be able to Stack & Save and you can only earn and redeem during certain periods. Please check the Reward Centre on the App for more details.
Yes you can opt out of Screwfix Rewards at any time, this will mean that you will no longer receive any Screwfix rewards or communications. To opt out go to the Rewards Centre and click on 'View Benefits & Manage', then select 'Opt Out'.
Yes you can re-join. To re-join, in the App go to the 'More' section in the bottom-right corner of the Homepage and visit Screwfix Rewards and opt-in.
Yes, Screwfix Rewards members will receive in-app marketing communications regarding Screwfix Rewards. Plus, enable Push Notifications in the App to be alerted when new Screwfix Rewards land! If you would like to receive Screwfix Rewards emails, please ensure your email permissions are turned on. To do this go to Screwfix.com, log into your account and set your contact preferences in the Personal Details section.

Unfortunately Screwfix key account/corporate business account holders are not eligible to join Screwfix Rewards. If you would like to join Screwfix Rewards use your personal Screwfix account.
