Price Promise

The following terms and conditions apply in addition to Screwfix Direct Limited (“Screwfix”) standard terms and conditions for the sale of goods, as amended from time to time see www.screwfix.com/help/termsandconditions.   

We’re committed to offering great value. If you find the same product in the UK at a lower price subject to the below criteria, we’ll price match or refund the difference in line with the following terms and conditions below (“Price Promise”). 

• Price Promise claims can only be submitted, processed and honoured at a Screwfix store.   
• Any eligible Price Promise refund will be applied to the original method of payment OR the equivalent discount will be applied to new orders made in one of our stores, provided this qualifying criteria is met. At this time, Price Promise (price match) claims can only be submitted and processed at a Screwfix store, for purchases made in our stores, on our website or app. 
• Just visit one of our stores and let us know within 7 days of placing your order, or before placing an order, to submit a Price Promise claim. 
• Applies to all high street retailer with multiple stores nationwide (excludes internet only retailers, online marketplaces, auction sites or warehouse clubs requiring membership, or other companies within the Kingfisher Group) ('Competitor(s)'). Excludes; Competitor promotions/discounted products, promotional and clearance events, offers involving vouchers or discount codes, bulk and multi buy discounts, delivery charges and key cutting services. 
• Where a Price Promise claim has been submitted, please provide proof of the lower price (such as a UK website link, catalogue, leaflet, or advert) that can be checked and verified by the store, at the time of the price match. 
• The item must be available in its original packaging, sold as new and available in store at the Competitor and at the lower price, on the day you submit a Price Promise claim. 
• 'Same' means identical, including brand, specification, size/quantity and colour (like-for-like), and respective of VAT.  
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Screwfix promotion, voucher or offer. 
• Price Promise claim restricted to one claim per product.
