Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dewalt 16ga Nail Gun Very reliable, rarely jams. A bit heavy with the 5 Ah battery; side clip is OK for belt. Performance is very good, always nails where I want and to the right depth, although the hole left could be smaller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Great bit of kit. Doesn’t miss a beat. Being just battery powered makes it much less faff then my air or gas powered nailers

Can’t afford both. Am I better with this or a first fix?

Asked by: RitchieJ

Which 50mm nails should I buy to fix boards to a fence ?

Asked by: FennerG
Depends on the application but for general fencing the preferred tool would be a 1st Fix Nail : DCN692 that uses 50-90mm 1st fix nails ( The DCN660 is a finishing tool )

Installing skirting on plastered walls

I know this is a second fix tool, but can it successfully be used to attach skirting to plaster and brick walls when used in conjunction with adhesive grab?
Asked by: JohnnyOutlandish
it will fire upto 63mm nails, so in theory would be suitable, depending on thickness of skirting etc

What nails can be used with the 660?

In the spec's it says straight collated nails but it has a 20 degree angle so should they be angle collated or straight? All the reviews I've seen on YouTube they had angle collated nails but that's not what the spec sheet says.
Asked by: Irelmo
Yes it is 20 Degree angle collated.
