Installs aluminium, steel, and stainless steel blind rivets up to 4.8mm. Brushless motor delivers up to 10,000N of pulling force and has the capability to pull up to 800 4.8mm stainless steel rivets per charge. Other features include a tool-free nose piece change and on-board nose piece storage to help maximise productivity. PowerStack batteries utilise Lithium-ion pouch cell technology to provide a low impedance with a high flow rate of electrons due to internal connectors and electrodes. PowerStack batteries deliver up to 50% more power than standard 18V batteries (DCB184-XJ 5Ah).
