Rated 5 out of 5 by Soldge from Nice bit of kit Fitted this in my daughters new bathroom/ shower after the one (different unit) supplied by the bathroom fitter wasn't fit for purpose neither was most of the work he did but that's a different story. I've used aqualisa parts before and always found them to be excellent bits of kit. And a piece of cake to install as the unit is push on it takes only minutes to install. The unit comes with good easy to follow instructions. Once fitted they look a lot more expensive than they actually are.

Rated 1 out of 5 by bluestone9 from Expensive & Disappointing This design was chosen by a professional plumber, when I had a new shower installed. This is now the third one in the last three years. There are three plastic lugs inside the outer case which for no reason just snap. Then due to the force of the shower water, the outer case just pops off. Despite being a recognised brand, these are pretty useless and expensive. Lucky enough Screwfix keeps them in stock and it is a ten minute fix.

Rated 3 out of 5 by gbu1 from Good but has issues I like the idea of having the pipe stick out the wall first then cut back to size once the tiling has been done but i wish it was brass and chrome plated as this is plastic and doesn't feel solid enough, also it has to rotate to lock into place so you have to get it spot on or the threaded outlet will slightly be off centre and finally its just a small screw from the bottom that locks it in place, Overall im happy but just wish these little details could be sorted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AdamCu1988 from Easy To Install As mentioned in a few of the reviews, as long as the rubber O ring is properly in place then it’s hard to go wrong with this fitting. Looks more expensive than it is but being plastic is it’s only downfall. I’ve fitted a few of these now and never had a complaint from the customer.

How to tighten

How do you tighten this fully, whilst also ensuring the outlet is pointing down once tight. And also so that at the same time it will be flush to the tile?
