Once you’ve bought your items, you’ll get an SMS and an email from info@screwfixcustom.com within 1 hour, with a link to add your personalisation. Click either link to start personalising your items. From there you can upload your logo, add text, confirm and submit your designs to be created. 

While we can’t give you a specific delivery day, we are committed to delivering all personalised items within five working days after you submit your designs.

All you need is a clear image of the logo you want to upload in one of the following formats: ai, bmp, eps, gif, jpg, pdf, png, psd, svg. You can then add text, with choices of colour and font. 

Due to this product being made-to-order/personalised it’s excluded from our 30-day money back guarantee (your legal rights aren’t affected). Returns won’t be accepted unless there is a fault with the item.

Yes. Delivery is available to Mainland UK only (offshore and Northern Island is excluded). Standard delivery T&C apply. 

Absolutely! You can personalise each item with the logo and text of your choice.  

Hi-Vis tops with large back logos are printed. All other items are embroidered personalisation only. 

No, where your personalisation will go is shown in the product images indicated by the ‘YOUR LOGO HERE’ icon. On upper body worn items personalisation is left chest as worn.  

Once you’ve confirmed and submitted your personalisation, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. But, if you don’t personalise your items within 14 days of receiving the link, your order will automatically be cancelled and you’ll be refunded.
