Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I got this to spray out a ceiling, it's made of super cheap plastic, breaks apart in less than a day - I had to return it for manufacturers defect - You would think that in 2020 there would be better standards. I ended up getting the Airless Pain Sprayer from the same brand for about 15% more than the cost of this item and it worked so much better. Buy cheap, buy twice!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A lot of plastic for the £££ I found it hard to get the balance right with the air intake. I used Dulux Matt emulsion 10 litre, watered it down with 1ltr of water, 10% as recommended for spraying by Wagner In the book. Not to bad putting it together, pretty easy. Lance doesn’t come apart once put together apart from the end where the paint goes in to be sprayed. It blows out a boat load of air, so if things aren’t taped off well or floor coverings aren’t heavy enough it just going to blow them everywhere. Realistically, the force of the air was to great, even on the lowest setting, and if you didn’t move fast enough you get paint build up in areas and end up wiping it off and making more work. The finish... not that brilliant. Not completely smooth and had a bit of a splatter effect rather than smooth spray, which is a shame. And the room was coated in a fine mist which dried to a powder and had to sweep and hoover up. Unfortunately will be taking it back as it seems to overheat and cut out. Was easy to clean up, but advise

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Don't bother wasting your money, it doesnt spray instead it pumps which means you can't get even finish. The nozzle came off after first use and had to use tape to finish the job off. Packing it away and taking it back to the shop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheaper then airless sprayers Its obviously cheaper then airless sprayers and has less maintenance too compared to the airless. This is why i went for this HVLP type. One of the main key feature is that it can feed directly from the paint tub which means your not refilling after few minutes of use. Its not for professional use but is is capable of mist coating a entire 3 bed room house within a day thats including 2 to 3 coats per ceiling. Some masking is required but not as much as airless. This is not designed to last you years but if taken care you can get your money's worth definitely after few jobs, it is no comparison to airless but theres no other expense to worry about like buying spray tips and pump armour for airless sprayers. Cleaning isn't too bad rougly takes 30 to 45 mins. You also have the potential of using the airhose with the 1800ml reservoir on its own if the direct feed was too pack up so that's also a plus point. 1800ml reservoir doesn't come with it you can buy seperate at a later date. It is a long review, i tried to give most information anyone would be looking for. Hope this helps

Can I wash this out using thinners

I want to spray steel and cladding paint which is oil based water will not clean the paint
Asked by: Bennyb123
Hi, You will be able to use thinners, however you will not want to leave it in the machine when you are cleaning it. You will need to run it through the machine, then leave parts to soak in warm soapy water.

Hi, I've a dozen or so fence panels to treat with Ronseal One Coat Fence Life. Would this (or alternatively the W690?) be suitable? is everything I need in the box?

Can this be used on exterior masonry?

I'm intending to paint my house. Could this be used to paint exterior masonry?
Asked by: ceribethlem
Hi, I would suggest an airless machine for this kind of application, a machine like the control pro 250m. This machine may struggle unless you dilute the paint by quite a high margin.
