BT CW1308 Cable

Is this BT CW1308 cable? And therefore suitable for telephone/internet extensions, domestic use?

CW1308 is a different name for the cable, our cable is tinned copper conductors with twisted PVC strands but if in any doubt please contact a qualified electrician.

Is this solid core copper, rather than stranded?

2043Y is listed as 3 core braided flex on the Time website, which doesn't match up to 4-core/2-pair telephone in the listing here.
