You rate this cable at 25 amps. Does this mean it cannot be used for an appliance drawing up to 30 amps, or that it will not meet 90 degree heat resistance at that load?

Code suitability?

Is this wiring acceptable to use for codes IEC - 60227 IEC57 or CENELEC - H05V2V2-F and use for a storage heater?
