That would depend on where the cable was running to. Assuming the cable will not be immersed in water, then the cable selection should be suitable (you only mention using clipped direct installation method). The conductor size will also be suitable for the given load. However, voltage drop should be verified. Provided the circuit length does not exceed 190m, then voltage drop will be less than 2.5% and therefore should be suitable.

This depends upon the method of installation and whether the load is single or three phase. If we assume single phase then two common installations are Clipped Direct = 27 amps and Buried = 25 amps. If in doubt check with a qualified electrician.
