Can this be used for cooker getting the wire replaced on my cooker looks similar to this 6243Y on my current cooker wire
Please note that you would need to use 6242Y, not 6243Y for this application. We recommend that in the interest of yours and others safety that you contact a qualified electrician who can help guide you through this process. This is even more important given that any new circuit added to an installation needs to be assessed and approved by a part P registered electrician.
In the event that you are looking to procure the item prior to introducing an electrician we recommend that you consult the manufacturers instructions provided with the equipment, this should give guidance as to the suitable connections required. Also, consultation of BS7671, Requirements for electrical installations, Table 4D5 will give you the maximum current rating for each cable size in relation to the installation method used.
In the end you may find that the cable you have selected here is not appropriate for the intended use and that a 2 core 6 or 10mm², as a base guide, would be more appropriate - but again, please check thoroughly.
