We assume that you are referring to two separate circuits, and not intending to feed both the shower and oven from the same single cable. The selection of this cable for your circuits would depend on the actual load required , whether a power factor needs to be considered for the load, how the cable is installed to determine the rating and the length of run, to verify the volt drop. If the cable is installed in thermal insulation, this can have a significant effect on the cable rating. As you have not advised how the cable will be installed you should refer to Table 4D5 in BS7671 which provides current ratings for different installation methods. If the circuit is no longer than 25m, then for 10kW, single phase, the voltage drop will not be an issue.
