Help! Window still won't close!

Hi I wondered whether anyone can help? I changed the old top hung window hinges with these ones like for like size wise etc but my window still won't close I fact its even worse than when I started. What am I doing wrong?

Can you confirm the top hung maximum sash weight loading for this 210 hinge is 50kg.

No this is the smallest hinge oin the range and the maximum weight that should be put on a pair is 10kg.

Hi, What do you mean by claiming it's stack height 13 & 17mm in the description? Does it fit to both sizes? Ta

The hinges are 13mm stack height but the pack contains 4mm clip on packers that will increase it to 17mm should that be your requirement.

Does this product come with screws? I will need to drill out rivets from old hinges, therefore no existing screws to reuse

No, sorry we do not provide screws as the product can be fixed to aluminium, timber or PVC so we have no way of knowing which fixings arte required.
