Klein Tools LAN Scout Jr. 2 RJ45 Cable Tester (256KM)
Soft, slip-resistant overmould for easy gripping and durability. Tests installed or loose CAT 5/5e and CAT 6/6A data cables terminated with RJ45 connectors for open, short, mis-wire or split-pair faults, as well as cross-over and shield. Can also be used to tone cables with multiple tone frequencies. Features large backlit display for easy reading of pin-to-pin wiremap results in low-lit areas, and intuitive user interface with 3 buttons offering simple, easy-to-identify test responses. Automatically powers off after 10 minutes in test mode, and 60 minutes in tone mode. Multiple style tone generator (solid/warble) requires probe VDV500-123 (not included).
