Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great if you wear glasses I wear glasses and this is great as it doesn't make them steam up unlike the cheap paper ones. I used to have to stop and wait for my specs to clear, or stop to wash my hands then wipe them. Now I can work all day with this mask.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not really for smaller faces In pursuit of a good quality, comfortable and reusable dust mask, this is my most recent purchase. As a female user, I think this product is sized for a larger face than mine (as they all seem to be), although it is the most comfortable one I've tried. The slim line filters do not cause the mask to pull off my face like some of the heavier models do, but the moulding does not seal simultaneously across my nose and my chin without either a) me holding my jaw open or b) the inside of the mask touching my face. It is much much better than the disposable masks for prolonged use, i.e. when installing glass fibre insulation, or demolition of walls. Yes, the condensation is a bit unpleasant, but presumably better than inhaling dust all the time. It also prevents the fogging up of my goggles because the seal across the bridge of my nose is much better than I've found with other masks (disposable and the moulded ones), which means that I have the luxury of sight as well as clean air whilst trying to get my jobs done. You do have to speak quite loudly to be heard whilst wearing this! Obviously not suited to work with VOC or exhaust gases, so i'll have to use my other mask for those jobs still.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great dust respirator I should have bought these a long time ago. I now feel much safer doing my woodwork.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good mask I use a mask a lot for various jobs, I found this one to be the best at all, fiberglassing, great for taking down lath and plaster ceiling mostly because the filters come out and you can tap the mass of dirt and dust out to reuse again. Rarely fog up as tight fitting seal around face. Everything comes off and is cleanable. Only negative is they can get a lot of condensation inside They also do a case for this which really helps it keep hygienic and save wear especially in tool bags or back of van so recommended.

Does this filter out mould spores?

Asked by: Cleanlungs
Elipse A1P3 would be the better recommendation

hi how many days do the actual filters last

Asked by: jk3ll
It depends on the usage, how dusty the environment is, the individual breathing rate etc. Once the filters are clogged, the wearer will feel an increase in breathing resistance, and this is when the filters should be changed.

Would this filter out 2 stroke fumes close up from a hedgecutter?

Asked by: Kryten602
No it does not filter fumes or gas. I use it in a warehouse its perfect for against dust next to use less against gas or fumes always smell the exhaust gas from forklifts when this on.
