Rated 4 out of 5 by from Difficult as I haven't used it The item arrived promptly following the usual easy on-line ordering process. We bought this extinguisher for general use around the home and garage (where it will be situated) as it has the added benefit of being safe for electrical fires (albeit it can gum up the electronics of computers, phones etc. As to how well it works, I can only hope I don't have to find out! Hopefully the good people at Screwfix have checked it and so I will rely on them that it does what it says on the box.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Safety first A useful size for domestic application and it covers the needs for most domestic situations. Hopefully I will never have to use it but it was purchased as insurance and I am assuming the performance and reliability will never be called into question

Servicing

The fire extinguisher does not have a use by date stamped on it, however it has a 1 yr warranty. Is there a requirement to have a professional service after one year? or is checking the charge and external condition enough? Useage is on a Boat. Thanks
