There are 2 ways in which you can return items that have been delivered direct from one out approved suppliers.

Some of these items can be returned to your nearest Screwfix store, other items require collection and you can do this by calling us on our freephone number 03330 112 112.

Most of our approved suppliers deliver to the UK mainland only; however, a small number of our approved suppliers are able to deliver to offshore addresses within the UK. If this option is available, this will be highlighted on the individual product description online.
