I have a potterton ep2002 timer which seems to reset itself to midnight so the timer doesn't come on. Will the drayton be a straight click on to the existing base plate as I believe that potterton and drayton are the same company.

We do not manufacture Potterton at Drayton, the Potterton EP2002 is a dual channel Hot Water and Heating, the LP111 is a Single Channel Programmer so this is no the right variant. You will require the LP241 Dual Programmer which unfortunately is not a direct replacement, all the wiring terminals are the same, however you do not require the links between L-5.

I would like to replace a Drayton mi Genie t724r controller, will this timeswitch work?

No the MiGenie T724R is a dual channel the LP111 is single channel, the direct replacement would be the Wiser kit 2.

I am replacing a Drayton Switchmaster SM300... will the backplate and wiring be the same? Thanks.

No, you will need to fit the new backplate and alter the wiring, the wire in terminal 4 of the Switchmaster will be the LP111 terminal 1 and the wire in terminal 1 of the Switchmaster will be LP111s terminal 3 ( Live, Neutral, Earth are the same )
