Button-fix fasteners make panelling walls or ceilings, assembling furniture, and hanging many other interior fittings easy and reliable. Completely hidden (with no visible screws) and engaged with a ‘click’. Robust and reliable, Type 1 connects parallel panels where the emphasis is on strength, yet allowing panels to be removed for replacement or for access to services. Highly versatile and, unlike split battens, may be orientated for drop down or sideways engagement, or used to mount ceiling panels, to suit the project. 4x Type 1 Button-fixes can support a vertical panel weighing up to 200kg, provided that the screws and substrate are properly matched and all other installation instructions are complied with. For surface-mounting with an 8mm gap between panels, or can be semi-rebated to reduce the gap to 3mm.
