Not as good as expected
I already have a sandringham 21 close coupled toilet in my downstairs bathroom.
This low level pan is a completely different design, aesthetically and technically (larger volume of water in the u bend)
My original order arrived cracked which was promptly replaced (2 days)
The toilet seat that was received with both the original and the replacement are off white, not matching the finish on the pan or cistern, and inferior quality to that received with the close coupled toilet in the same range.
