Collect Today items are in stock at your selected Screwfix Store and are available to collect in as little as 1 minute, during store opening hours. Outside store hours, Collect Today items will be available when the store is next open.

If you’re in-store and the item you want is not in stock, we can check local availability, take payment and secure stock in another Screwfix Store. Your order will be ready to collect from your selected store in as little as 1 minute, during store opening hours.

Collect Next Day items are sent from our distribution centre to your selected store, next day. Order by 9pm weekdays and 4pm weekends for next day delivery. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered the following day - subject to Bank Holidays and standard geographical restrictions.

If your Click & Collect order contains items which are available to collect today AND Collect Next Day, you will receive 2 SMSs. The first SMS will be on the same day your order is placed to collect the first part of your order. The second SMS will be when your item has arrived at your selected store.

Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire basket total.

When collecting your items, depending on your method of payment, along with your order number, you will need to bring the following:

Debit/Credit Card Payment

• The payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you will need to verify your card using chip and PIN).

Paypal

• If using PayPal, you must bring photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport (the name on the ID must match the name details in the payments section of the order).

Trade UK Card

• If you have paid with a Trade UK Card you need to bring either the Trade UK Card OR another valid proof of employment for the business you are collecting on behalf of.
• Your order reference which will be on the order confirmation email or SMS.

On arrival at a store, please check in using the App. Alternatively, you can use the check in screens in store.

Once you have checked in, please head straight to the counter where a colleague will collect your order for you. Please have your order number ready and remember to wait for your ‘Ready to Collect’ SMS before travelling.

Your items will be held at your selected Screwfix Store for 21 days.

If you want to cancel the order for a full refund, please Contact Us. Your items will be held at your selected Screwfix store for 21 days, after which point, your order will be put back to stock.

If you don't collect your order from store, after 21 days the items will be put back to stock. After this time, please Contact Us to either arrange collection or a full refund.

Collect Next Day items are not in stock in store at the time of ordering and are delivered from our warehouse. Orders placed by 9pm Mon - Fri and 4pm weekends are delivered to your selected Screwfix Store the next day, subject to Bank Holidays and standard geographical restrictions.

The majority of stores are open 7am-8pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sunday. Some exclusions apply.

Collect Next Day

Collect Next Day is offered when the item you want is not in stock at your selected Screwfix Store but is in stock in our main warehouse. When you order for Collect Next Day we send the item from the warehouse to your store ready for you to collect the next day. The exact date that your Collect Next Day items will be ready is shown on the order confirmation page and the order confirmation email.

We will also send an SMS message to notify you as soon as your items are ready to collect.

Please Note - Northern Ireland, Elgin, Inverness, Douglas - IOM, Oban next day orders will take 2 working days.

Collecting your click and collect order using the Screwfix App ‘check-in’ feature, is quicker than using in store methods.  Check-in is accessible within 50 metres of your chosen trade counter.
