    Screwfix Sprint is our brand new 60-minute delivery service, exclusively available on our app.

  • How much does Sprint cost?

    Sprint delivery costs £5 per order.

  • What is the minimum spend for Sprint delivery?

    There is no minimum spend to use the service.

  • Is Sprint available in my area?

    The easiest way to see if Sprint is available in your area is to open our app, if it’s available, then you’ll see the option for Sprint at the top of the home screen. For a full list of stores offering the service please see the list above.

  • How do you deliver?

    We have partnered with Gophr, a same day courier specialist who will collect your order from store and deliver it to you.

  • How do I sign up for Sprint?

    First check if you’re in an area covered by Sprint. To do this open the Screwfix app and turn on location services, found in the ‘More’ menu in the bottom right corner of the app. You’ll then see the option for Sprint on the home screen of the app, select this to start your order.

  • Can I track my order?

    You will be able to track the status of your order on its journey to you within the app and will receive order update notifications.

  • Are there any product restrictions?

    Your total order cannot exceed 25kg in weight, for details of product weights please see the specifications on the product pages. Maximum order dimensions are 60 x 40 x 40cm.

  • Can I return an item?

    Returns must be taken into store where they will be processed, and a replacement or refund offered.

  • What if I’m not in for my delivery?

    Unfortunately, if you are not at in to accept delivery, we will be unable to deliver your order. For support, please call us on 03330 112 112 where we will be happy to help.

  • What if you haven't got what I want in stock?

    You will only be able to order items which are in stock at your nearest store, unfortunately if the item you require is out of stock you will have to check on the app to find a store with stock available.

  • What if my delivery is late?

  • What if items are missing from my order?

Screwfix Sprint - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the same day Screwfix Sprint delivery services (“Services”), supplementing the Screwfix Direct Limited (“Screwfix” and/or “We”) standard terms and conditions for the sale of goods as set out at terms and conditions. The Services are operated by GOPHR Limited (“Gophr”) and are available from selected Screwfix Trade Counters (“Participating Stores”). Screwfix reserves the right to amend the Participating Stores at any time, see Sprint Page for current locations. The Services will be available daily during trading hours of the Participating Stores, excluding the last 30 minutes of the store opening hours. See Screwfix.com for opening hours. Orders placed for delivery within 30 minutes of, or outside, the operating hours of the Participating Store will not be accepted. The Services are available to delivery addresses within a set radius of your chosen Participating Store, which may be updated from time to time, see Sprint Page for details. Delivery times are subject to availability and are estimates only (including any GPS delivery and/or any Screwfix or Gophr tracking services). Neither Screwfix nor Gophr guarantee that your order will be delivered within the stated times. We do not guarantee that Gophr will accept and fulfil orders placed using the Services, and Screwfix reserves the right to restrict or withdraw the Services at any time and without notice. Gophr and/or Screwfix will contact you using the mobile number you provide when you place your order in the event it becomes aware of any issue preventing delivery of your order. You will not be able to cancel your order once your order has been placed, should you change your mind and no longer want the order then please take your order to your nearest Screwfix Store or contact our Customer Services team to arrange a free collection. You will need to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept delivery. If no one is available, then you will be contacted by Gophr and/or Screwfix to arrange for the return of your order to the Participating Store for either your collection or refund of your order (excluding delivery charges). All orders will be charged a delivery fee which will be shown at the checkout. Screwfix reserves the right to amend its delivery charges at any time prior to accepting an order. To qualify, orders must be placed using your Screwfix account through the Screwfix Sprint section of the Screwfix App. To access the Services, Location services must be enabled when using the Screwfix App for the purpose of determining your location is within the set radius of your Participating Store. Only products within the Screwfix Sprint section of the Screwfix App are available for the Services. Any items in your basket before entering the Screwfix Sprint section of the Screwfix App will need to be removed and will not be available for delivery. Your delivery address will determine the Services availability, and the mobile phone number confirmed when placing your order will be used in the event We need to contact you. The Services are available for select products only, as detailed in the Sprint section of the Screwfix App, and are subject to availability. Products excluded include: (i) all products weighing in excess of 25kg, (ii) all age-restricted products, (iii) any hazardous items and (iiii) all products with dimensions in excess of 60cmx40cmx40cm. Orders cannot be accepted for the Services where the total basket exceeds 25kg and/or dimensions in excess of 60cmx40cmx40cm. Once an order has been placed for the Services you will receive a notification via the Screwfix App confirming it has been accepted. When your order has been despatched, you will a further confirmation via the Screwfix App. You will be able to track your orders progress, as well as receive notifications and updated arrival times, via the Screwfix App. To receive in-App notifications please enable push notifications. At any time, you can manage your push notification preferences in the Screwfix App settings or in the device settings of your mobile phone. Screwfix will not be responsible for any impact to the Services as a result of your disabling push notifications. Use of personal data received in the course of the Services will be in accordance with Screwfix’s Privacy Policy, see Privacy Policy for details. By using the Services, you consent to Screwfix contacting you for the purpose of obtaining feedback on your experience. You may contact our Customer Services team at any time for any queries concerning your order, or to provide feedback on the Services. Screwfix, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents shall not be responsible or liable to compensate for any loss, damage (including without limitation loss of profit or reputation, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network service or other connections, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss), occurring as a result of the Services or any delays in the Services. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Services are governed by English law, and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction. Screwfix reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
