  • What is the Screwfix Card and why should I have one?

    The Screwfix card is a quicker way to order in-store. Your code on the card is unique to your registered account. When it's scanned at the till, it can quickly bring up your account details.

    • All of your orders will be stored under one account
    • It ensures that all of your contact details are up to date, making sure you do not miss out on regular promotions, deals and sales events

  • Do I have to have a Screwfix Card to shop with Screwfix?

    No, you can shop as usual. Screwfix card is a quicker option, helping to keep all orders on the same account.

  • Can I shop in store without my Screwfix Card?

    Yes, your account can still be found by the in-store team by providing your customer number or name and postcode. Alternatively, you can use the Screwfix App which can easily be linked to your account in store by scanning the code.

  • How do I get a Screwfix Card?

    The Screwfix Card is only available in-store. Simply pick up a card at the till and show the code on the back so that we can link it to your account.

  • Do I still have to provide any personal information in store when using the Screwfix Card?

    Our in-store teams have to always make sure that the correct account has been selected, therefore for verification, our teams will ask that you confirm certain personal information from your account that you have registered with us.

  • What if I lose my Screwfix Card?

    You can pick up a new Screwfix Card in store and have it linked to your account.

    Alternatively, you can use the new Screwfix App which can easily be linked to your account in-store by scanning the code.
