  • What is the Screwfix App for?

    The Screwfix app is designed to make shopping with Screwfix even quicker and easier. The Screwfix app has six clear sections that all work together:

    Screwfix Card: Instead of carrying your Screwfix card or key fob around you can scan straight from your phone.

    Shopping Lists: The app replicates our in-store order form and allows you to build, save and manage your ‘lists’ all in one place. Check stock and confirm your products before placing your order in store with a scan or easily complete your purchase online.

    Catalogues: Download and browse the latest catalogues using the search and index functions then add items straight to your lists simply by tapping the products code on the catalogue page.

    Shop Online: Whether ordering from a list using Click & Collect or browsing our extended range of products we’ve made it easier to get to all the latest information the web has to offer – plus you can add items to your lists by tapping on the product code on the web page.

    Receipts: You can download copies of your receipts so you can speed up any exchanges or refunds in store – meaning you don’t need to carry the paper ones around!

    Offers/Messages: We will send you relevant information on events, promotions and any deals so you don’t miss out – also we will be able to send exclusive vouchers and personal offer straight to your phone for use in store or online.

  • What's new about this version?

    We are continuously working to improve the mobile experience for our customers. The new Screwfix app makes shopping with Screwfix quicker and easier than ever before. It has a slicker new look and brand new features. The biggest changes are made available once you register or just login with your existing details. Now as well as carrying your Screwfix Card, all your lists and the latest catalogues on your phone, you’ll also be able to get exclusive offers, promotions and vouchers plus have your receipts ready to scan in store should you need to.

    Plus, now you can see more information including reviews on the products in your shopping lists and you will always know where your nearest store is. You can also order items saved in your web basket while in store.

  • What if I don’t have a login and password?

    No problem, you can register via the app and set up your password so you can log in and see the additional functions (receipts, offers and messages). Plus you can then see your account details and order history on as well.

  • Can I link my plastic Screwfix Card to the one on the app?

    No, the code on your plastic card and the one on the app are different. So we will need to link your device to your account and then you can start using your phone instead of your plastic card. This can easily be done in store at the tills.

  • How many receipts can I see?

    When you first login or register with your email address and password you will be able to see the last 90 days of receipts. If you need more you can select 'view more' and we will find the next 90 days and so on. In line with what is available on your account online you should be able to see up to the last 18 months of orders if required.
