Hexagonal anti-roll feature prevents unwanted rolling. Wera VDE 100 and Engineering 300 series screwdrivers feature Lasertip anti-cam out technology that bites into the screwhead creating a perfect fit, preventing any slipping out of the recess and reducing the contact pressure required when working. Lasertip makes screwdriving safer and easier. 100 Series VDE screwdrivers undergo a dielectric strength test to reassure users that their screwdrivers have been exhaustively tested for their most important feature: insulation. Chiseldrivers feature a hexagonal ‘Pound-thru’ blade designed for heavy duty working. Made from high-quality bit material the blade extends, right through the handle, ensuring a full transfer of force. In addition an integrated impact cap, and ductile tempered material in the handle, help significantly increase the service life, reduce risk of splintering and absorb vibrations. More torque can also be transferred by attaching a ring spanner, or open-end spanner, to the integrated hex bolster.
