Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great screws, so easy to drive Another pack due to running out ...so clean to drive with TX head....really good

Rated 4 out of 5 by from used in shed build Having has issues with pozidrive screws I tried these tx screws when building a shed. Very much better than other heads they went in cleanly and no loss of grip with screw heads. Pack was useful as it keeps them handy with a range of different sizes available and came with the 2 drill bits for the screws, I I just need top up as required and will use tx screws in future.

Do you get the drill bit to screw these in included?

Asked by: wheatld
Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. No, a drill bit is not supplied, (in the right circumstances a pilot hole is not always necessary). Hope that helps. Thank you for using Q&A.

Do I have to use a TX bit for these screws or can I also use PZ bits?

Asked by: IanHH
Hello IanHH, These are pozi drive screws, not torx, so a TX bit will not work. You will have to use a PZ bit. Thank you for using Q&A

Are these good for outside decking or will they rust quickly?

Asked by: TrevGC
Hello TrevGC, These would not be a suitable option for decking, we have several options available specifically for use on decking. If you search 'decking screws' on our website this will you show the options available. Thank you for using Q&A SW

Title and description say multipurpose screws but image states wood screws. Also reviews and Q&A refer to woodscrews.

Can I use these for brickwork with rawl plugs and pilot hole?
Asked by: Jacko44
Hello Jacko44, These are a wood screw that can be used for a variety of purposes. You can use them on brickwork with a rawlplug so long as what you're attaching to the bricks is made of wood. Thank you for using Q&A (CW)

You obviously have not read my question about Turbo II screws. What is the difference between these and TURBOGOLD screws? I already know the difference between the different types of heads!

Turbo II are more expensive for fewer screws in the same size box. Why?
Asked by: TonyGC
Hello TonyGC, The Turbo 2 feature a double hardened core, serrated cutting teeth and a unique shank design. These features are not on the Turbogold screws. Thank you for using Q&A (CW)
