Hi, yes Sikaflex EBT+ can bond to both of these substrates but would need priming first. Please view the latest data sheet for priming information at https://www.everbuild.co.uk/products/adhesives/hybrid-sealants/sikaflex-ebt/

Is this suitable for repairing a balcony. Water is getting between the lead flashing and the area where the red brick balcony wall meets the floor of the balcony which is porcelain tiles. I need to fill gaps between all three different materials.

Can anyone please tell me the curing time for Sikaflex EBT?
Asked by: nbAlbert
Hi, the curing time depends on the thickness of the application and is approximately 4 mm / 24 h (+23 °C / 50 % r.h.). I can confirm that this information is detailed on the Product Data Sheet. The tube labelling advises to consult this prior to use.

External wall gaps
Is this suitable to seal gaps in my external walls - particularly small service gaps between uPVC pipes and masonry, and holes for electrical cabling. If unsuitable, are you able to recommend an alternative?

Hi, unfortunately this would not be suitable for your application.
