Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ring doorbell Our original doorbell developed a fault and as it was under a year old I contacted Screwfix and spoke to a most pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable young lady. She immediately arranged for a replacement item, checked that the Ring doorbell 3 fitted the right criterion for our needs and arranged for a replacement to be ordered at our nearest store which we were able to collect the following day. I was really impressed with the manor with which she sorted out and righted our problem. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Mains power

I have one of these but the battery life is poor. Has anyone connected this to the mains, if so what do I need. I have tried connecting it to my old bell transformer and that doesn’t do anything. Tried contacting RING and they are no help
