usage

I have grey slate and when its wet it shines lovely. I have been told that if I dilute PVA glue with water and use it to cover the slate it will stay shiny?

Hello, Thank you for your enquiry. This is commonly used as you suggest but there are two schools of thoughts whether this is advisable and Screwfix cannot advise either way, (there are lots of arguments online both for and against). Thank you for using Q&A.
