Can I use this before tiling over a painted wall on a fire place

On a garage concrete floor, what area does five litres cover ?The floor will then be painted.

Useful for sealing exposed brickwork?

I've read that a PVA mix is OK to seal internal exposed brickwork & mortarwalls, would thus product be OK to use in this application and Willis dry clear?

Sealing garage floor

Can this be used to seal a concrete garage floor then walked on afterwards as a surface or will it need covering over.
