Rated 5 out of 5 by from It fits in a standard backbox! Fantastic finish and the build quality felt good in hand. Very thin compared to some of the other options. Only thing that lets it down is no screw covers, especially in new builds where they al have them in. Nice to be able to fit two 4mm’s in the terminal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for A quality product that you can trust. Yes it costs more than other brands but quality shines through. I use MK regularly, like the look, lasts the course, like the position of the USB ports that don't obstruct the switches or plug positions. Be aware that you DO need 35mm back box for these. Recommend MK above all other brands. L

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad radio interference & fails Terrible product. Will fail and USB stop working if insulation tested. When working produce awful radio interference on all bands. Very disappointed with this from a supposedly reputable brand - MK need to employ an EMC expert..

Does socket provide fast charging?

Asked by: Batchjb1246786
2A can be drawn fully from one port when one device is charging or split between ports when devices are charging simultaneously, so the answer is yes

Are the USB outlets fused?

I had one of these twin sockets fitted professionally last year. Today the two USB sockets are dead, but the 2 mains sockets remain OK. Is there a fuse or reset inside the unit, protecting the USB outlets? How can I fix them?
Asked by: Cymro75
MK are extremely helpful. If USBs stop working, disconnect socket for 10 mins to allow capacitor to re-set. Didn't know that! Worked a treat.

My third sso where the USB outlets failed.

On the last one, after removing it from ring, i tested it on the bench and appeared to work ok. Is there a reset built in whereby removing the supply will revive it?
