Is it suitable for toilet connection

Is this pipe suitable for toilet connection ?. To connect the toilet outlet to the pipe leading to the soil pipe.

Soil Pipe generally has an outer diameter of 110mm, in order to connect the Manrose 4"/100mm Round Pipe to Soil Pipe, a 110-100mm Reducer would be needed. The Manrose part '40419' would allow this connection.

The description first states: 1m. PVC. but then gives dimensions of W x D x Lg: 100 x 98 x 350mm - Is it 350mm long or 1 metre?
