Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dioes the job I used this to replace a 20 year old Manrose fan that had failed. Its slightly longer than its predecessor but it does the job and due to the flexible hoses fits without difficulty. I agree with others that the timer is a fiddle. For a few pence they could extend the control so that it can be adjusted without having to remove the cover. Also in a typical installation with the outlet facing under the eaves it is likely that the installation diagram will need to be read upside down.. But don't let this put you off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable and reliable Installed several of these fans over the past couple of years and so far so good, would definitely recommend for value for money, yes there are more powerful if you’re willing to pay 2/3 times the price however these are just the job. Only slight niggles are the timer could be easier to adjust and they now appear to only come with a white internal grille and grey external as opposed to the previous ones i installed that came with several options including chrome internal and white external, only minor niggles however and well worth the money

running time

would this fan run continuously while the light was switched on ?

Problems with timer

Have there been any problems with the over run on SF100T. wired as instructions not through light switch but a pull cord fan isolator is being used. Fan switches on and off no problem but what ever position timer wheel is set at it wont over run

Does the fan include a back draught shutter/non return valve?

If not, how does it stop the wind blowing in?

Hello, This does not include a back draught shutter, you would need to purchase either an inline shutter to situate behind the fan, or alternatively utilize a grille with back draught shutters (gravity grille or a cowl style weatherproof outlet). Thanks.
