Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super little driver Used a friends DeWalt impact driver and liked it but needed something smaller for electrical installations. This Makita was perfect. They are expensive for a reason, it is well designed and built to last. Multi torque settings for less robust fixings plus a nice progressive drive speed trigger are useful in my trade. Don’t be put off because it’s 12V, this unit punches above its weight. The charger is intelligent and aims to give controlled and cooled charges for better battery life. The supplied case is a bit cumbersome if you don’t subscribe to the Makita stacking system and could use a side handle, but that is the only negative for me on this superb impact driver kit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Deal Heard about Makita products for years and how good they are but could not afford to buy. Saw this deal online and had to buy this impact driver as I needed a few jobs fixing around the house and it has proved all the write up's about Makita. The only negative point is that I wish this deal came with a drill/screw bit as my existing did not fit. Thorough recommend the product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small but so powerful I got this for a simple project of fixing battens to a wall that would be easier with an impact driver than a normal cordless, it's only 10.8volts so didn't expect too much of it, but since then, it's pretty much become my main tool for putting screws into most things. It's so powerful, the battery life is fantastic and it's such a compact body that I can get into most places that my 18V's can't. If I was to replace all my tools again, this would be one of the first on the list.

Wheel nuts

Will this work well taking wheel lugs nuts off without a struggle?
