Rated 4 out of 5 by from LEYLAND FAST DRYING SATIN Seems a good paint and covers well without dragging. I would say easier to achieve an acceptable finish than some more well known brands. Painted over No Nonsense Primer undercoat without issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Utter RRRRRubbish! By far the WORST paint I have ever used.!! Poor coverage, you cannot paint over what you have just painted as it drags leaving HUGE brush marks. Used a 1/4 of a can and IT IS NOW IN THE DUSTBIN! I now have to wait 4 hours to sand it all down and re-paint with 'proper' paint. AVOID THIS RUBBISH AT ALL COSTS!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Shocking The 1* reviews were very similar to my experience - thankfully I found paint conditioner & a roller, which stopped me chucking the whole lot - quite a nice finish on my doors now but not sure how it will go on my skirting boards with a brush.

What DIN4 cup time should this be when spraying with HLVP gum?

I'm spraying with a HLVP gun and was wondering what time the DIN4 cup should be?
Asked by: StephenPS
Hi We do not recommend the Gloss is applied by spray - the paint does not atomize very well.

High Traffic Area Durability?

How durable is this paint on high traffic areas like bannisters/handrails & knocks/scuffs on door frames, skirting etc? Will cleaning products/detergents etc affect paint surface/finish once fully dried & cured?
Asked by: Bazzy77
Thank you for your enquiry. As with most projects there are a number of points to consider and follow to achieve the best from any paint. In this case the Fast Drying will be fine for the location detailed but ensure. 1 The surfaces to be painted are clean, dry free from any contamination, and if previously painted suitably sanded. 2 Ensure you use the full system this includes the Fast Drying Undercoat followed by the Fast Drying chosen finish. These work together to create a suitable bond and level of durability. 3 Allow the new paint to fully cure and harden, don't expose it to harsh cleaning and knocks at the early stage or just after application. I hope this helps

Using A Bosch Paint Sprayer?

Can I spray this paint using a Bosch PSF-105E Paint Sprayer? It is 375W & has Spraying Capacity of between 200-350 g/min & an Atomising Output of a 120W. How many coats for a smooth finish?
Asked by: Bazzy77
Thank you for your enquiry, given the nature of the paint I would advise against application via spray, brush and roller are the best options.

Can this be applied with a suitable roller rather than by brush?

Asked by: HarrisBikeNut
Hello HarrisBikeNut Yes, but it has to be a microfibre glosser (short pile) roller, not foam. Thank you
