Rated 4 out of 5 by from 6ft led batten It’s bright enough easy to install apart from the quick fit choc block to attach the wires they do not grip the wires very well and I have fitted 10 units all the same apart from length they hall have the bad quick fitment sometimes easier to replace them with standard choc blocks but there isn’t really enough room inside the light for them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and Bright I love these lights. I have them in my workshop and I always try and get customers to fit them when I change batten lights for them. They are easy to install, two screws and two clips, what could be easier. There is a simple to use electrical fitting with easy to use electrical connectors that don't have fiddly screws. Electrical fittings at each end for supply or for extending a row of lights. When switched on no flickering, just straight into a Nice Bright Light. Is there a down side? A bit pricy and if they break you have to change the lot, not like fluorescent when you can change a tube or starter. But more economical power wise so it's all swings and roundabouts.

I brought this LED batten to replace the tired florescent tube in my kitchen (yes a 70s kitchen!) - easy to fit and very bright - it had a psychological effect on me - it turned a gloomy afternoon into a bright summer day - almost too bright. One point to consider - the connection is at the end - I had to run an extension wire from the existing central position under the batten clips. Very impressed.

Purchased this light on December 17th last, and fitted it into new shed last week, worked perfectly for two days and now won't turn on. I've got power up to the unit. Is there a low temperature thermal cutout?.

Which part of this product is grey? The product in the photos appears to be white. Having purchased, inspected and installed the product, I'm still puzzled.

LED Flickering with Video camera

I am setting up a studio in my garage. I plan to host Zoom meetings. Would the LED light make the screen on my PC flicker when using a video camera? If so, could I use a Constant Voltage LED Driver 75W 12V thus avoiding AC current?

This light does not produce any flicker when using a video camera. I installed it it today and it works perfectly with my new video camera. The light is extremely bright and is 4 times higher than my previous fluorescent tube. Certainly would recommend this light.

Is there a maximum temperature at which this fitting is able to operate at?

I want to put this in a room that has a higher than normal average temperature and i just want to check that it will still operate correctly.

Hello RN98, This product has been tested to work at 50 degrees Celsius. Any higher than this and we cannot recommend it. Thank you for using Q&A
