How do you remove without damaging plasterboard
Really difficult to remove when one fails. Even tried "notching" out the plasterboard where the springs fit but that did not help. Can you advise on easiest way to remove lights without damaging a 12.5mm plasterboard ceiling.

Hello Drew,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Looking at the instructions there is nothing different from other downlights which I appreciate can be difficult to remove. There are various videos online which may help.

Hello Tansy100,
The installation instructions for these lights state 'Indoor use only' and so they should not be installed in a soffit.
