Knipex VDE Electrical Pliers 8" (200mm) (706HL)
Multi-function VDE pliers, manufactured from oil-hardened, forged vanadium electric steel. Fitted with multi-component grips and bolted joint for precise, zero-backlash operation. Slim design for easy access. Smooth surfaces near the tips grip single cores without damage, with serrated gripping surfaces and pipe grip for gripping flat and round material. Clear-cut outside jaw edge enables work on flush-mounted junction boxes and deburring feed-through holes. Can be used for multiple applications including stripping holes for conductors of 0.75-1.5mm² and 2.5mm², gripping without opening pliers completely and crimping die for wire ferrules 0.5-2.5 mm². Can also be used as cable shears with precision cutting edges for copper and aluminium cables up to 5x2.5 mm² / Ø 15 mm.
