how do you adjust the height?

the product says easily adjustable and gives max / min height, but i cant see how to adjust the height...

What screws go with this

Contrary to other answers the M10 x 40 bolt that fixes the leg to the mounting plate was included when I purchased (March 2021). Do check on receipt. Also check the condition of the adjustable foot as the packaging is poor and mine had been dropped. I had to superglue it as I couldn’t afford a delay in fitting. The mounting plate is kind of a rounded off triangular shape. At each of the 3 corners there are 2 holes, each 5.5mm diameter. I used 4mm x 25 csk wood screws and they sat well in the holes.
