Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but size misleading Size stated is 1/4in but thread size appears to be 6mm and shank dia is 5mm. I bought a pair to replace the eyebolts (which were 1/4in shank dia.) when I replaced my up/over garage door springs. I was worried that they may not be strong enough and the eyes may open but all seems ok now fitted. They were ok for me as it turned out but the description should be updated to reflect the actual product. Note these came individually packed with label stating 1/4in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value Product EYE BOLT 200mm refers to the overall length with the internal diameter of the eye being approximately 25mm. This eye bolt is 3/8" UNC thread form, but, for some reason the nut supplied is larger across the flats (17mm) than a standard 3/8" UNC nut which is 9/16". A 10mm Metric nut does indeed screw on, but with quite a bit of 'play'.

What length is it to the eye,

Will need to put it through a concrete post, which is 5" will this fit?

The thread is not M6?

I bought a batch of these recently - I needed more nuts as one was lost, to discover the thread on mine was not m6 - these did not fit. They appear to be 1/4" BSW thread - replacements, you do not sell.
