Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rails Flex If you're buying this saw to mainly chop straight down, it's pretty accurate. However, if you want to use the sliding rail function (the saws main party piece), it flexes side to side a couple of degrees as you move it back through the wood. I've tried every method of avoiding this and making sure I'm not applying adverse pressure to the handle when performing sliding cuts, to no avail. But at the end of the day, there's no point having a sliding mitre saw if the accuracy of the sliding cut can be ruined by gentle and unconscious application of lateral pressure from your hand! Screwfix in Livingston were fantastic, as always, and have refunded the item without quibble - brilliant store! Will be getting plenty more of my business going forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Value Mitre Saw Excellent quality and does exactly what i want it too. Additional features like the laser guide provide top quality precise cuts. The multi material cut blade is an additional bonus and saves purchasing additional blades for plastic or steel. The slow start up feature is a great idea.

What blade would be suitable for this to cut bricks?

Hello. I'm building a pizza oven and need to make some accurate cuts on some bricks so would like to put a masonry blade in this thing. I currently have a wood blade in it and love it. Ideally it would be a segmented blade.
Asked by: Brky408
Not segmented but this is the blade evolution recommends for brick https://shop.evolutionpowertools.com/collections/blades-1/products/rageblade255diamond
