Rated 3 out of 5 by from Size could be an issue? Looks a well made good quality product but the issue for me is the size. It is very small with limited adjustment range. Screwfix do say 180mm as a wrist measurement and item packaging does state Small/Medium. Using the full section of Velcro adhesive to attain a complete bond leaves only space for a very small wrist of approx. 160mm circumference. My wrist is 200mm (Normal Adult Male?) so leaves the wrist strap very, very uncomfortably tight and at the very very end of the velcro’s adjustment range. With this minimal overlap the wrist band does not feel secure. Would I chance it retaining a spanner if it were to slip.. I don't really think so, I would certainly not use it in the hope of retaining a 1.5kg Cordless driver as the manufactures recommendations suggest unless the full velcro overlap could be achieved. Recommendation for you: please try before you buy to make sure sizing is correct. Recommendation for Screwfix: Stock the Large sizing, as this sizing is more likely to hit a larger percentage of the demographic the product is aimed at.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stops the accidents This was bought to be used in a band. A bit of a back story first, I am the sound technician for a successful band and I am also aloud to “strut my stuff” with my guitar when a second guitar is needed. However recently I think our singer has been getting a little annoyed with me leaning over and “borrowing” her microphone in some songs. At one gig I turned my back to her to “rock out” with the lead guitarist. At this moment she saw the opportunity to launch her tambourine at me! The tambourine was flung out of her hand and hit me on my back to which I was not expecting. Apparently this was an accident... So I decided to buy this lanyard to save the war between tambourines and my back! To this day I have not been struck by any instrament flying though the air whilst my back is turned. This will save millions of people the gig related injuries that come at clearly such a dangerous time. Highly recommended!
