These require a 4mm diameter masonry drill bit, although one reviewer of the same screw but with a countersunk head (Product Code 3560R) says they had a better result when a 5mm drill was used.
For driving the screw in you need a T25 Torx bit, such as (at the time of writing) the Erbauer Impact Screwdriver Bits TX25 x 25mm Pack of 3 (Product Code 12559).
