Would these be OK for fixing 12mm ply to over board a 24mm tongue & groove floor?
These are a lot cheaper than the usual 4x 35mm screws I'd usually look at so wondering if there are any issues with strength etc?
Obviously I'd still use a longer screws where I can hit the joists.

Hello,
I would not recommend using these screws for your purposes.
I do not believe these screws would be flexible enough to be able to use on a flooring surface. (i.e. the movement to the boards etc caused by walking may snap the screw).
Additionally, the manufacturer states only using these for attaching drywall to wooden partitions
If they are used otherwise in accordance the the manufacturers recommendations we would be unable to guarantee their performance and if they where to fail you would not be covered by the warranty on the screws.
Thanks for using Q&A. [DG]

Is it ok to plaster or fill directly over these screws?
Probably a stupid question, but i just want to be sure that it is ok to plaster or use filler directly onto these screws.
PS: the obligatory nickname is really annoying!
