Can I use this paint directly on to plastered ceiling?
My bathroom ceiling started to get mouldy the paint all started flaking off. I've now removed all the paint. Can I just use this to paint directly on to ceiling or do I need to use some kind of undercoat or primer first?

If your plaster has been previously painted, this should work well, if its new plaster then, best seal it first with a mix of PVA and water or water down the paint.

Use standard emulsion before apply dulux bathroom?
Can I use other standard emulsion, e.g., dulux matt standard, as 1st coat before applying dulux bathroom+ as top coat? In the fresh-skimmed ceiling/wall, do I need additional primer before 1st coat?

After the plaster has dried, you can use this paint or a Dulux emulsion (diluted with 10 -15% water) as a mistcoat to the bare plaster - this will act as the primer, before applying 2 full coats of the Bathroom+ paint.
