Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flipping good plug This flip top waste feels sturdy so hopefully won’t disintegrate over time like other products do. Reasonably priced and easy to install. Had no complaints so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful. Don't bother :-( Really gutted with this purchase, it's not like screwfix to sell rubbish so maybe I got a dodgy one? I live in a 6 year old new build and upstairs we have two sinks with pop up wastes. The one in the kids bathrooms had failed and wouldn't pop up again. I read reviews and decided to go for one of these. I'm no beginner with DIY but fitting it was a nightmare due to little room to work, a stupidly designed sink with a pedestal that interlocks and glued pipes to give no movement, also tons of silicone on the original needed clearing. Anyway I eventually fitted it and for two weeks it was great. Now a few weeks on it doesn't swivel close without huge amounts of force, then it doesn't reopen. It needs so much force to open it that when it finally gives it rips your cuticles off. Useless. Utter trash wish i'd never bothered.. awful. Too much of a faff to do it again - i've not got the time. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS. IT IS USELESS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than the pop up ones Bought to replace a pop up one that kept getting stuck down. The little disc plug on this one is pretty cool. Just tilt it. To open or close it. Only downside that I can see, is the overflow hole is smaller than the previous one installed, so it doesn't seem to clear the water fast enough if my tap is left running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chrome Sink Waste I was very pleased with this product, it was relatively easy to fit, but did not come with any instructions. If you are a first time DIYer then look at YouTube to watch how it should be fitted and buy some "Plumbers Mate" to seal the trap around the basin. Much more reliable than a pop-up waste and looks good in the basin. I would highly recommend it.
