Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Combi drill Awesome combi, used this all over the place as an Electrician, been helping out my Joiner+Carpenter mate and he really likes it too. Can't fault this drill ! Can't speak to how reliable it is yet but it's Bosch Professional so it's safe to assume its reliable!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Questionable quality. When I bought this I thought it was a bargain for this spec. Unfortunately had to return it as I was not happy with the wobbly chuck. Expected better quality from Bosch especially as it is from the Professional range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 'around the house' tool Extremely happy with this drill after 3-4 days' fairly heavy use both indoors and out. No difficulty in drilling holes for half a dozen M12 anchor bolts into both brick and concrete. Very controllable speed/torque when drilling/screwing into wood. Great weight/balance and feel, lovely metal chuck, compact enough to get into tight spaces, helpful LED light... there's not much to complain about. But... 55Nm of torque does *not* make this an impact driver replacement. It struggled with driving 5x60mm screws when I was carrying out a bit of shed roof bracing. Certainly wouldn't want to try and assemble decking with this drill. That said, Makita/Milwaukee/Dewalt etc combi drills, costing around £100 just for the bare drill, are also specced at similar maximum torque. Was slightly wary about the 2Ah batteries but I'm still running on my first charge, and obviously having two batteries means you should never find yourself 'powerless'. Another factor to consider is that Bosch batteries appear to be significantly cheaper than the other big brands. Would recommend this drill to anyone, with the 'no combi driver is an impact driver replacement' caveat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Combi drill Lots of research done and decided to wait until this was available. Great Combi drill, lives up to the great reviews given. Makes a big difference to speed and efficiency of my DIY jobs. Worth the wait.

When will you get these back in stock ?

Asked by: shaunus1794

Please can you advise when this drill will be back in stock..??

Asked by: Flashcharlie

Is the Drill supposed to click when you are in gear 2 (high speed), and let go of the trigger?

I believe it might be the motor brake? If so, how does this brake work?
