(28 products)Builders line and chalk are all used during brick laying. Builders line is designed for marking long straight lines along relatively flat surfaces. When using a chalk line, pull it taut against the surface and then snap it, which then transfers the chalk. A plumb line is used in a different way and helps to determin the vertical on an upright surface. Chalk bottles are also available which are good for internal and external marking with both good adhesion and visibility.
