Would this glue stick rubber soles together that have split?
The sole hasn’t come away from the boots, the sole itself has split so it’s leaking. I’m wondering if this will bond both sides of the split and sustain flexing from walking.

Clean up
As this product foams, is it possible to clean up the surplus, at the point of repair, either before it completely hardens, or possibly, just use sharp knife or tool later? LynnA
Asked by: Seventyplus
Hello Lynn! Work surfaces must be protected prior to application. Always wear gloves. If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or a cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Once Gorilla Glue Original is dry, it can only be removed by mechanical means: such as sanding, chiselling, scraping or picking. If you need anything else please email us at eucustomercare@gorillaglue.com and we will be happy to help you.
