Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cures quick Good product although a little more difficult to use compared to you usual silicone as you only get around 5 minutes before it skins where as with normal silicones you get around 10/15 mins. So I would suggest working in small runs overall a good product and time will tell if its any better than normal silicones

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best one around. Let us start with the BAD bit first, it's a bit softer than others. In rest I have nothing to complain about, I've been using it for about 3 years now and used it in hundreds of homes, it's great because it's easy to be tooled and works exactly how you want it when prayed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Job done! Surprisingly better than expected. The quality is good. However it's a sticky viscosity product. Smoothing it can be tricky. The finish is smooth and seals well. So persist with it, the outcome is good. I've recently switched to this product because of its anti fungal properties and flexibility. It's a little more expensive than the last brand I used. However it's worth it. I've given 3 and 4 stars as it's still new to me. Awaiting feedback from customers too. Recommendation? Try it and see, a yes from me!

Which sealant should I use to seal around a bath in small bathroom where two walls are tiled and the far end is just plain wall painted with zinger permanent white. Thanks

Bead length

OK 310ML, but say for a 4mm bead, does anybody know the linear length of what 310ml equates to in m.
Asked by: pcbs13
A single cartridge used on a 4x4mm bead size would give 12.8m linear metres - please note this would not account for any wastage, etc.

Can this be used to fill gaps between the floor and skirting

Is it suitable to use to fill gaps between skirting and suspended flooring. Generally each week cleaning is being done so wanted best effect sealant to avoid fung and moulds etc
Asked by: Sabrash
This product will be fine for the gaps in this application and is ideal if extra mould resistance is needed. The product is more of a sealant than a filler, however it can be used to fill the gap and then seal at the surface - curing rate of the material will be longer if applied at deeper gap sizes.

Do you need a 'gun' to use it? Or do you just squeeze the bottle? And can you apply it directly over existing sealant with a bit of mould on it already? (mould won't come off)

Asked by: Elsdyi
Hi thanks for getting in touch. Yes this is designed to be used with a gun. You would need to remove the mould prior to application. You would need to remove the sealant if the mould will not remove. I hope this helps.
